I have a query about incorporating the project risk factor in FUTURE.

If I want to risk my profiles for a contingent resource by a certain factor (say 0.70), what is the best way to do it inside FUTURE?

Also what is the difference between the Rates multiplier and Reserves multiplier in the Basic Well Data tab?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The rate and reserves multipliers apply to the rate vs cumulative relationship.

If you apply a Reserves multiplier of 0.7, the initial rate is unchanged, but declines faster.

If, on the other hand, you want to reduce every point in the rate vs time relationship, you need to set both the rate multiplier and reserves multiplier to 0.7.

The effects of (Reserves Multiplier = 0.7) and (Both multipliers = 0.7) are illustrated in the rate vs cumulative and rate vs time charts below.
