We are at the moment working a decommissioning of the database server where the future databases are running.
The databases will be moved to a new machine and at the same time we will upgrade the current oracle 10.2 to oracle 11.2.
My question is therefore - do you know about problems running Future on oracle11 ?

There are no issues that I know about. FUTURE has been used with Oracle XE 11g and it uses only the more standard SQL constructs, so I would imagine that there will be no problems.But if there are, we should be able to fix them quickly.
